Leadership

Human Resource Director: Ms. Hallie Brummett
Mrs. Hallie Brummett joined our Honey Grove team in August of 2012 where she began her journey with our Preschool students at our Greenwood location. In 2014, Hallie was given the opportunity to work in our Before and After School Program. After years of hard work, she is now our Human Resource Director for both districts. Hallie currently lives in the Franklin area with her husband and golden retriever, Jack. Hallie will continue to work hard to ensure that all areas of the program are organized and communicated to all Honey Grove families.

Program Director: Ms. Emma Gerber
Ms. Emma joined our Honey Grove team in March of 2011. She began her career at our Preschool Greenwood center, gradually moved to our Before and After School Program as a teacher assistant, a Supervisor, an Assistant Director, and is now officially our Center Grove Program Director! Honey Grove is extremely proud of Emma for her hard work, dedication, and LOVE for the Before and After School Programs! She also manages our CG Camps and has created quite the hype at CG. Emma currently lives in Greenwood and spends a lot of her time with her family. She is a twin, two other sisters, a sweet nephew, and is extremely family oriented. Emma’s goal in all of her programs is to provide a welcoming, loving, and unique environment for all students and families at CG.

Program Director: Ms. Amanda Ford
Amanda has been working with children for over fifteen years. She enjoys seeing the children she has worked with at Honey Grove from 2008 to 2013, engaged in activities at the before and after program.  Amanda has a degree in Early Childhood Education and plans to continue her education.  When she is not spending time with students, she is with her husband and their daughter. She is actively involved in almost every after school activity and keeps Amanda on her toes! Together they enjoy playing outside, hiking, riding bikes, and walking their two dogs. Amanda believes that positive relationships and meaningful interactions are the foundation to any successful program. Her goal is to help maintain the positive environment the children have come to love.
